The Sea to Summit Alto is a semi-freestanding ultralight tent designed for weight-conscious backpackers who require high livability. Its patent-pending Tension Ridge Architecture allows for taller doors and vertical walls, creating an unrivalled amount of space compared to traditional ultralight shelters.

Ventilation is optimized with an Oversized Apex Vent that efficiently expels hot air to minimize condensation. Baseline and Apex Vents work together to create superior airflow, easily adjusted from inside the tent. The 15D polyester high-airflow mesh provides maximum ventilation and no-see-um insect protection.

Weather protection is ensured by the Sil-PeU coated 15D fly fabric, which offers excellent hydrolytic stability and durable waterproof performance with a 1200mm waterhead rating and fully-taped seams. The DAC Featherlite NFL and PRESSFIT pole sections use varying diameters to provide maximum strength at minimum weight.
