Output and Dual-Switch Control

The P91 delivers a staggering 5,000 lumens with a 300-meter beam throw and 22,500cd peak beam intensity. The innovative dual-switch system separates mode selection and activation. The side switch cycles through four brightness levels (45lm to 5000lm), while the tactical tail switch provides immediate access to Momentary-On and 5000-lumen Variable Frequency Strobe. This supports overhand and underhand grip operation for threat assessment and building searches.

Thermal Control and Durability

An advanced NTC temperature control system actively monitors heat in real time and automatically regulates brightness to cap exterior temperatures below 50°C. This helps prevent overheating while protecting the battery and internal circuitry. The P91 features an IPX7 waterproof rating (submersible up to 1 meter) and 2-meter impact resistance. It is precision-machined from aircraft-grade aluminum alloy with a hard-anodized finish and includes a nano-ceramic strike bezel.

Power and Charging

The flashlight is equipped with a rechargeable 4800mAh battery and a hidden USB-C port. It can recharge via car chargers or power banks. Runtime is up to 60 hours of continuous lighting on Low mode. A smart 4-state battery indicator activates for 2 seconds when turning the light on or off: Solid Blue (75%–100%), Flashing Blue (50%–75%), Solid Red (25%–50%) and Flashing Red (under 25% low-battery alert).
